Position : Legal Associate – Due Diligence

Job Role : You will be entrusted with an important aspect of acquisition/disposal of property including land, company or any tangible/intangible property. In due diligence process you not only validate tile but also evaluate cost of acquisition, cost of ownership and scope/risk for appreciation of value. Preparing financial due diligence report by applying financial ratios analysis and giving insight into company’s liquidity, operational efficiency, profitability etc.  


Qualification : Must be law graduate. Additional management graduation is added advantage.


Experience : At least two years of experience of understanding of revenue records, familiarity with process of change of ownership, essential ingredients of ownership of tangible and intangible property. Financial ratio analysis for financial due diligence of company.

Position : Associate – HR Services

Job Role : Drafting HR policies. Customizing LexWin’s Encyclopaedia of policies as per business need to client. Monitoring and evaluating performance of policies. Owning HR compliance dashboard for the client. Helping client for setting up performance evaluation criteria of employee and assisting in performance appraisal process.


Qualification : Must be law or management graduate.


Experience : Knowledge of state and central labour laws. Working of HR function of corporates. Experience in HR policies drafting and evaluating effectiveness. HR function dashboard reporting.
